Patent Pending Status Announced. Nov 29, 2012
November 29, 2012
November 29, 2012, Tampa, FL – Today, intice announced that the company has received patent pending status for its prospect aggregator, which focuses on incentivizing customers. Specifically, this system offers incentives to customers to encourage them to visit car dealerships. On November 29th, 2012, the United States Patent and Trademark Office received and acknowledged the company’s application for a patent for its unique prospect aggregator architecture.
The goal of intice’s aggregator is to increase traffic to retail establishments. It targets customers who are online using computers, portable electronic devices and social media. In turn, intice seeks to help clients improve the ratio of purchasing customers.
Intice’s program is currently marketed to automobile dealerships. Co-Founder and CEO David Farmer has over 20 years of retail automotive experience and has a strong focus on BDC, Internet Sales, Digital Marketing and a Progressive Sales Process. In regards to the patent pending status, David states, “We are very proud that the USPTO has acknowledged the unique innovation that intice offers retailers. To date, a variety of car dealerships across the country have found that intice is a uniquely effective way to dramatically boost sales, and we look forward to bringing our technology to a variety of new clients in the coming years.”
Intice’s system is a unique invention for a variety of reasons. When a customer visits the website of a business, he or she receives an offer to redeem a payment card of a particular value. At this time, user information is gathered and a redemption PIN is created. Further, the actual incentive is only received when a customer’s presence is verified at a physical business location. The company's offerings also include tracking, which reveals the incentives that result in paying customers. When customers receive their stored value cards in the mail, they are prompted to take a survey on their computer about the retail establishment that they visited.
The intice Patent Pending technology suite provides the unique ability capture and track online behaviors, such as specific webpage views, Make & Model Searches and Lead Conversions as well as offline behaviors, such as dealership showroom visits, purchase and non-purchase activity. Through this online and offline behavioral data, intice can retarget previous dealership website visitors.
