intice Incentive System
The intice Incentive System is easily installed on your dealership website with just one line of code. Once installed, your customer will be offered a Pre-Paid Visa Card as an incentive just for visiting your dealership, providing you with an In-Market customer in your showroom.
Customized Visa Prepaid Card
As the incentive, the customer receives a Pre-Paid Visa Card with your Dealership Logo and an image of your choice. This Visa Card is accepted anywhere Visa is accepted world-wide; your customer can use it to shop, pay bills, travel and more.
Customized Greeting Card
Each customer receives his or her Dealership Branded Visa Card inside a Customized Greeting Card with same images on the exterior as the Visa Card itself. A personalized message is displayed on the inside of the card. The Card is made from durable high-quality card stock with vibrant full color printing.
Email Marketing System
From the point that customers register for their incentive online, they will receive automated email communication up to the point when they either visit the dealership or 60 days later when the Redemption Certificate expires. Each email is customized with our proven templates; however, you have the ability to modify every aspect including when and how many emails are sent, the content itself and customized graphic headers and footers..
24-Hour Visa Fulfillment
We integrate directly with Visa to have each card produced and custom embossed with your customer's name and sent via First Class Mail, U.S.P.S. within 24 Business hours after redemption. This means that your customer will receive the Pre-Paid Visa Debit Card usually within 5 to 7 Days after the showroom visit.
Dealership Visa Activation Site
Your dealership receives a customized Visa Card Activation Site that is designed to match your existing website; it becomes an extension of your dealership branding online. To activate their Visa cards, customers will log on and complete a visit summary letting you know if they made a purchase during their visit. If they did not, they are prompted to explain why. This information is then send to you management team for sales follow-ups. All of this happens just days after the showroom visit and is the perfect time to re-engage customers. You can take this opportunity either to thank them for their purchase or to prompt them to reenter the sales process.
Once your customer activates the Dealership Customized Visa Card, he or she is encouraged to complete a Dealer Review. This review is emailed to your management team and can be placed on your dealership website.
In addition to completing the Dealer Review, your customer is also encouraged to become a "Fan" of your Facebook page; this is done by integrating the Facebook widget on the activation site.
